What is our shipping cost?
Our shipping depends on your order and your location. After you complete the checkout process it will generate a total for you.
Where does xoLoveShika ship?
We ship worldwide this includes domestic and international.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and verification and an additional 4-7 business days for delivery. If your order is in stock all orders placed before 7pm go out the same day.
All shipped items will receive a tracking number. Please ensure that your address is correct in PayPal.
xoLoveShika is not responsible for undeliverable, lost or stolen merchandise. All items will be insured.
2. Return Policy:
Returns: We currently do not have a return policy. All sales are FINAL. If you find that you have an issue with your item. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your items under extreme circumstances.
I changed my mind. Cain I get a refund or exchange?
We do not accept returns for refunds or give out credits. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. We cannot exchange for sizes due to everything being on "preorder" and each item is made for each customer.
3. Order Terms
When an item is on Back Order:
We will let you know immediately when an item is on back order via email. You also will be allowed to exchange for a different item in our collection or wait until that item comes back in stock.
When an item is on pre-order the time frame can take up to 3 weeks for your items to be shipped. If you have any questions contact us with the subject line: PREORDER. Preorder emails are only sent when your item has shipped. If for any reason there is an issue regarding your order we'll notify you via email about your order.

We collect information from you when you fill out a form, when ordering or registering on our site, as you may be asked to enter your name or email address. You may also visit our site anonymously.

5. Order Email Confirmation:
I placed a successful order but why didn't I receive a confirmation email yet?
During high traffic periods and seasons there may be a small delay in delivery confirmation emails. Your confirmation email will be sent when your package is on the way. Please check your junk email folder for this email thoroughly. If you think you entered an incorrect email please contact us with any questions regarding your order.
